Happy National Peanut Butter Fudge Day

Friday, Nov. 20 is National Peanut Butter Fudge Day. There is no better way to celebrate than by making some fudge.


  • ½ cup butter 
  • 1 16 ounce package brown sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar


  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add in the brown sugar and milk and mix.
  3. Bring to a boil for two minutes while stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.
  5. Pour the peanut mixture on top of confectioners sugar in a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
  6. Place the fudge into an 8 x 8 in. baking pan. Put in the fridge until firm and cut into squares.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
