Tyler is a senior  and has been attending Horizon Honors since second grade. She has recently applied to University of Arizona where she plans to study Physiology and Psychology. Participating in Journalism is allowing her to hone her journalistic writing ability and is giving her the platform she is looking for to become a published author. She is excited at the opportunity of taking the class to work on her skills in photography and to be a part of the family that often forms throughout the passing of the year.

When not at school, Tyler spends most of her time with music. She plays piano, guitar, ukulele, and her vocal chords. She is proficient at reading and writing music and is currently writing a song for the choir to sing at the class of 2014's graduation. Tyler has an amateur album recorded that is  presently posted on NoiseTrade.com. She hopes to have it recorded professionally in the near future. She can't wait to see what her last year of high school will bring.
