Red Velvet White Chocolate Brownies

These red velvet brownies won’t disappoint!

Valentine’s Day has passed but that doesn’t mean that we can’t bake something that’s red. Red velvet brownies are something that easy for anyone to make and something that would be gone within a few minutes at a party. Add some white chocolate chips, and any partakers are in heaven. As always, remember to read all of the directions and ingredients that you need before start baking. You never know what might happen.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Red Velvet cake or cupcake mix, choose a brand you trust
  • 2 egg yolks, separated from the whites
  • 9 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
  • ¼  of a cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of corn syrup
  • ⅓ cup  of white chocolate chips, again, any brand will do
  • An 8 inch by 8 inch baking pan
  • A large mixing bowl
  • A large spoon, wooden or not
  • vegetable oil, you can use a different type of oil
  • A wire cooling rack

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325. Grease the 8×8 baking pan.
  2. Combine the cake or cupcake mix, the egg yolks, butter, water, and corn syrup in large bowl with the spoon until all evidence of the cake or cupcake mix is gone. Gently stir in your white chocolate chips. Then, spread the batter into the greased pan.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the center and can come out clean of crumbs.
  4. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  5. Cut into squares and decorate how you wish.

It makes a beautifully red set of brownies with little white chocolate popping out here and there. It’s an easy and simple recipe that has delicious outcome. So start baking and enjoy.
