Outrageously Good Onions

These traditional creamy cheese onions will send your taste buds to a whole new world.

The holidays are coming, and that includes the delicious foods that come with them. But sometimes, all the sweets and meats can be overwhelming. My Grandma Sue’s delicious creamy cheese onions are the perfect food for a break from all the heat and dessert. But, it is still rich and creamy for your fatty Thanksgiving cravings. 


  • 20-30 petite onions
  • ¼ lb Velveeta cheese
  • 2 tbsp flour 
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter


  1. Mix the flour, milk, and butter in a saucepan on medium heat to create a white sauce. 
  2. Then, add cheese to the white sauce, and stir until melted. 
  3. Pour onions into the sauce; mix until all onions are covered. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
