Glitch Productions states that in the synopsis, “Gameoverse is an animated series created by Ross O’Donovan about VIDEO GAME WORLDS!!! Horrifically exploding. And saving them means helping the bad guy stop the good guy from completing the game or everyone dies.”
This series will be the second original 2D animation made from Glitch. According to Fandom, one of the composers of the series is Grant Kirkhope, who is known for creating soundtracks for games like “Donkey Kong 64.”
Gameoverse brings in a variety of well known cast members for the series, including Erica Linbeck as Kit, Arin Hanson as Gobbles and Flappers, Joseph Schlatt as Kaboodle, and Chris Sabat as Warrick. According to Fandom, Donovan has worked on the series since 2009 to 2010, where the story had its start as a webseries. Knowing the charm and quality of Donovan’s previous works, fans have high hopes for the series. Many across the internet are eager to see if the show will bring an amazing performance like other Glitch productions.
