Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups canned pumpkin
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 5 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 cup melted butter

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 13 X 9 pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients except cake mix and butter in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour into pan and sprinkle dry mix on the top. Pour the butter over the top of the cake mix.
  4. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
