This recipe is my mom’s take on the classic chocolate chip cookie. All of this chocolatey goodness is normally enjoyed during family functions as a delicious dessert that everyone loves.

Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup or 2 sticks butter (melted)
- 1 packet instant vanilla pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350° fahrenheit
2.) Combine flour and baking soda in a big bowl put to the side

3.) Cream melted butter and both sugars for a minimum of 5 minutes in a stand mixer

4.) Pour in instant pudding packet
5.) Add eggs, one at a time slowly into mixer

6.) Mix in vanilla extract

7.) Stir in flour mixture till fully combined into a solid color. Make sure to not over mix your batter.

8.) Use a stand mixer to fold the chocolate chips into the batter.

9.) Using a medium cookie scoop or about 1.5-2 tbsp, place dough on a baking sheet (a well used, metal baking sheet works best!)

10.) Bake for 10 minutes or till the edges begin to brown.

11.) Leave on baking sheet 10 minutes to cool before transferring to wire rack (I usually have two sheets so one will be resting while the other is baking)

This recipe can be enjoyed by all, and while there are no correct ways to enjoy these, I find it most enjoyable with family.
