Amber Fretwell is a junior at Horizon Honors. She has attended Horizon since kindergarten, and this is her first year as a columnist for the Horizon Sun. Amber has played on the Horizon Honors softball team since seventh grade, and will be playing both softball and soccer junior and senior year. She enjoys going to baseball games as often as she can throughout the year. Her favorite baseball team is the Arizona Diamondbacks. Amber also spends time with her family, friends, and her dog, Lucy. She decided to take Journalism because she wanted to learn to write better and capture stories about current events that are happening in the world.
