Banana bread is an appetizing dish to make if you have any ripe bananas around. Banana bread can also be very versatile since you are able to add nuts, spices and other toppings. This recipe was made by my aunt for you to enjoy!
Wet Ingredients:
- 3-4 ripe bananas (mashed)
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Dry ingredients:
- 1cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 ½ cups of all purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit
- Add your peeled bananas into a bowl and mash them (wet ingredients bowl)
- Crack one egg in the same bowl and mix
- Melt ⅓ of butter and add into bowl
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix
- Add baking soda into a separate bowl (for dry ingredients)
- Add 1 cup of sugar into your dry ingredients bowl
- Add 1 ½ cups of flour into your dry ingredients bowl then mix
- Add dry ingredients bowl into your wet ingredients bowl then mix
- pour batter into a preferred pan, add nuts or toppings if wanted (optional)
- Cook batter in the oven for 1 hour
After taking out your bread your dish is done and read to be served!
